For events we store registration details, payment status, and ticket codes. We also record IP address and user agent for security and audit purposes.

យើងប្រើ Resend សម្រាប់ផ្ញើរអ៊ីមែល Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 សម្រាប់ផ្ទុករូបភាព Sentry សម្រាប់ការតាមដានកំហុស និង Bakong/KHQR ឬ ABA សម្រាប់ការទូទាត់។ អ្នកផ្តល់សេវាទាំងនេះមានគោលការណ៍ភាពឯកជនរៀងៗខ្លួន។We use Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare R2 / AWS S3 for image hosting, Sentry for error tracking, and Bakong/KHQR or ABA PayWay for payment processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

រយៈពេលរក្សាទុកRetention
ទិន្នន័យគណនីត្រូវបានរក្សាទុករហូតដល់អ្នកលុបវា។ កំណត់ហេតុការត្រួតពិនិត្យ (audit logs) ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុករយៈពេលរហូតដល់ 2 ឆ្នាំសម្រាប់គោលបំណងសុវត្ថិភាព និងសវនកម្ម។ IP address ត្រូវបានកាត់សាន (hashed) ដោយប្រើ AUDIT_IP_SALT ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយ PII ដែលរក្សាទុក។Account data is kept until you delete it. Audit logs are kept for up to 2 years for security and compliance review. IP addresses in audit rows are hashed with a server-side salt (AUDIT_IP_SALT) to reduce stored PII.
